Tool Control

I got tired of using pencil/marker holders with not quite enough holes and not quite the right size holes. I’ve tried a LOT of holders over the years. Recently, I bought some PVC pipe and cut it into appx. 3.5 inch lengths. These are easily glued together in a honey comb pattern with pvc glue. I used a combination of 1/2″ and 3/4″ size pipe and spray painted the final arrangement black. It will take me a while to fill this one up. It’s a good idea to arrange the pipes to hold the longer tools in the back and the shorter ones in front. One could also experiment with an angled design or a wedge base to pitch the tools forward. I used some adhesive foam sheeting on the bottom.
